Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your claim must include:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defective or incorrect product
- Your order number and proof of purchase
Refund Process
Once we receive your claim, we will review it and notify you of the status within 3-5 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will offer the following options:
- A reprint of the order at no additional cost.
- A partial or full refund to your original method of payment, depending on the extent of the issue.
- If a refund is approved, the money will be transferred back to the original payment account within 3-5 business days.
Shipping for Returns
If a return is necessary, we will provide a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us only if the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and circumstances are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Color variations that fall within our acceptable print tolerance. (Colors can vary between 5% and 15% between screen and printouts)
- Errors in the provided files or content (e.g., typos, incorrect information)
- Delays due to customer action or inaction (e.g., late approvals, incorrect shipping information)
