To maintain competitive pricing, each order must consist of identical artwork for the entire quantity.
For example, if you order 300pcs business cards, All 300pcs must have the same design.

We ensure high-quality printing with quick processing times.
Once your payment and artwork are submitted, the files immediately undergo artwork checking and move into pre-printing preparation, starting the production process.
Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and all sales are final.

If payment hasn't been made, you can still cancel the order. Please contact our customer service team by phone, as we do not process order changes or cancellations via email.

Yes we do, but because this is consider custom size order as every packaging box is different, we need the design file from you, which includes:

1. Actual size Template
2. Open size; close size
3. Artwork

Kindly send this to us to avoid any extra charges (artwork fee) ffrom us.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

RGB

Red,Green,Blue is a color model designed for screens and digital displays, not for printing.

RGB is ideal for digital environments, while CMYK is essential for accurate color reproduction in printing.

CMYK stands for

Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black),

and it is a color model used in color printing.

The CMYK model works by combining these four ink colors in various ways to produce a wide range of colors on printed materials.

300 dpi (dots per inch)
NOT 300 dpc (dots per centimeter)

Kindly make sure your file is in 300 dpi and not 300 dpc, this is to make sure your printouts will be clear and sharp.
