Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing:
    • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 4 working days after full payment confirmation. For customized or large orders, processing times may vary and will be communicated to the customer, 
  • Proof Approval:
    • If your order requires a proof, production will not begin until the proof is approved. This may extend the processing time.

2. Delivery Methods and Times

  • Standard Delivery:
    • We offer standard delivery through J&T Express which typically takes 3-4 working days depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery:
    • We do not have Express delivery, we only provide urgent printing process, and it is advised to self-collect at our physical shop at Kolombong.
  • Local Pickup:
    • Customers in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah area can opt for local pickup at our store during business hours(Weekdays: 9am-6.30pm; Saturday: 9am-1.30pm; Sunday: Closed). You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

4. Delivery Areas

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • We ship within Malaysia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

6. Delays and Issues

  • Delivery Delays:
    • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier issues.
  • Lost or Damaged Orders:
    • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
  • Damaged Items:
    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
